Dear [firstname],

Thank you for your generous pledge of [pledge] toward Theater Alliance's Capital Campaign, Alliance For The Future. Your commitment is helping bring our vision for a permanent, community-centered theater space to life. We are deeply grateful to have you as part of the Theater Alliance community. Your patronage and philanthropic commitment make our work possible; thank you for standing with us throughout this journey.

Below you’ll find details on the various ways you can complete your Capital Campaign pledge.

How to Fulfill Your Capital Campaign Pledge

Please designate “Capital Campaign” with your contribution whenever possible.

Online: Make a one-time or recurring gift here: [donateLink]

Wire Transfers or Check: To avoid credit card transaction fees, you can make your payments via wire transfer, securities transfer, or check. If possible, please give Theater Alliance advance notice of wire or securities transfer, as the name of the donor is sometimes not included with the transfer documents. If you have questions about wire transfers, please contact Samba Pathak, Administration and Operations Director, via email at business@theateralliance.org.

Please make checks payable to Theater Alliance and include 'Capital Campaign' in the memo line, and mail to:
Theater Alliance - 340 Maple Dr SW, Washington, DC 20024

Gifts of Stocks or Mutual Funds: Gifts of appreciated stocks or mutual funds are a meaningful and tax-efficient way some donors choose to fulfill their Capital Campaign pledge. If these are options you’d like to explore, please contact us at business@theateralliance.org, and we will provide transfer instructions and assist with proper acknowledgment of your gift.

Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs): We gratefully accept Capital Campaign gifts through Donor-Advised Funds. Please recommend a grant to Theater Alliance (EIN: 52-2224355) through your DAF provider. Our team is happy to assist with any questions or required documentation. To give via DAF through our online portal, visit the [donateLink], scroll to the bottom, and select "DAFpay."

Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs): Donors age 70½ or older may make tax-free gifts directly from an IRA through a Qualified Charitable Distribution. Please indicate Capital Campaign with your gift.

Employer Matching Gifts: Many employers match charitable contributions; check with your employer to see if your gift can go even further.

If you have questions or would like assistance fulfilling your pledge, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

With gratitude,

Shanara Gabrielle
